Driade B&B - Milazzo

I recently had a very good stay at a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location for visiting the Aeolian Islands. The hotel is located close to the harbor, making it easy to catch the ferry to the islands. What I appreciated the most was the hotel's attention to detail - the rooms with private bathrooms were clean and even had balconies. Additionally, breakfast was included, providing a convenient start to the day.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The location is very convenient, close to the ferry pier and bus station. Supermarkets nearby. The room is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing relevant information.

Can't fault the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a great value, providing a range of options to start the day off right.

Sadly, the downside of the stay was the lack of good soundproofing. The walls were paper-thin, and every time someone walked in the hallway or closed a door, it made a loud noise that woke me up.

The check-in process was frustrating as there were no clear signs or directions. We arrived at the building unsure of what floor to go to and had difficulty reaching the staff.

The hotel is conveniently located near the port which makes it easy to travel to nearby islands. the room is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and the staff is friendly and helpful. the kitchen facilities are great for those on a budget, and the hostel-like atmosphere makes it easy to socialize with other travelers.

The outside noise can sometimes be disruptive and affect the quality of sleep.
